Robert N. Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton practices primarily in the areas of family law.  He also handles criminal cases and estate planning.  He received a communications degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received his law degree from St. Louis University.

Mr. Hamilton has extensive trial experience in all areas of family and criminal law. His trial experience in family law ranges from simple non-contested divorces to complex custody issues representing parents and children. His trial experience in criminal matters includes minor traffic and DWI trials to assaults and robbery.

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the St. Louis County Bar Association. He was admitted to practice before the Missouri State Courts, the Federal District Courts and the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Hamilton has served in the Brentwood Lions Club, the Supervised Visitation & Exchange Planning Committee for the St. Louis County Court, and was an Executive Board Member of Friends of Kids. Mr. Hamilton is regularly appointed by the judges in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County as a Guardian ad litem to represent and protect children and as a Commissioner to sell real estate and to decide discovery disputes.
